Instructions

How to Make

  • Boil the Eggs: Gently place the eggs in a saucepan, cover them with water, and bring to a rolling boil.
  • Let Them Rest: Cover the pan and remove it from heat. Allow the eggs to sit for about 17 minutes.
  • Ice Bath: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath. Let them cool for around 5-10 minutes.
  • Peel and Prepare: Peel the eggs under running water, slice them in half, and separate the yolks.
  • Mix the Filling: Mash the yolks with mayo, butter, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
  • Assemble the Deviled Eggs: Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture and garnish with paprika and bacon pieces.
