Instructions
How to Make
Boil the Eggs: Gently place the eggs in a saucepan, cover them with water, and bring to a rolling boil.
Let Them Rest: Cover the pan and remove it from heat. Allow the eggs to sit for about 17 minutes.
Ice Bath: Transfer the eggs to an ice bath. Let them cool for around 5-10 minutes.
Peel and Prepare: Peel the eggs under running water, slice them in half, and separate the yolks.
