Instructions
Steps to Bake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Cream the slightly cold butter and packed brown sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Combine the dry mixture with the creamed butter and sugar, mixing on low speed until just combined.
Fold in the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop dough onto the prepared cookie sheets using a cookie scoop, placing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers appear slightly underbaked.
