Steps to Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  • Cream the slightly cold butter and packed brown sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Combine the dry mixture with the creamed butter and sugar, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  • Fold in the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop dough onto the prepared cookie sheets using a cookie scoop, placing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers appear slightly underbaked.
