Baking Steps
Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and oil until smooth.
Add Eggs and Vanilla: Crack in the eggs and pour in the vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
Mix in Dry Ingredients: Gently stir in salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour. Mix until a stiff dough forms.
Shape Cookies: Roll the dough into 1½ inch balls, dusting your hands lightly with flour.
Coat and Bake: Roll each ball in granulated sugar and powdered sugar. Place them on the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart, and bake for 10 minutes.
