How to Make Chicken Avocado Melt Sandwich

  • Season the boneless skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked, then let it rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
