Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil, sriracha, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and mix until each floret is evenly coated.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
Increase the oven temperature to 475°F (245°C) and roast for an additional 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
