Instructions

How to Make Savory Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Slice the sausage into ½-inch coins and chop the vegetables into similar sizes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all your ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle the spices, and toss everything until evenly coated.
  • Lay the mixture in a single layer on your baking sheet without overcrowding.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Stir halfway through.
  • Once done, take it out of the oven and garnish with fresh parsley or basil if desired.
