Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
Combine the olive oil, oregano, cumin, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side, or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave. Spread a tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla.
Distribute the sliced grilled chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, red onions, crumbled feta, olives, and mixed greens across each wrap.
Squeeze some lemon juice over the filling.
Roll each wrap tightly, folding in the sides to keep the ingredients secure.
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, optionally pairing it with tzatziki sauce.
Notes
Store leftover wraps in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the grill.
