How to Make Savory Grilled Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, and all the spices. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, up to 4 hours, for ultimate flavor infusion.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then add minced garlic and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
Set your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 205°C) and allow it to reach the ideal cooking temperature before placing the skewers on.
Cook the chicken skewers on the grill for 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally. Brush with garlic butter to enhance flavor.
Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Once done, remove from the grill, brush with any remaining garlic butter, and garnish before serving.
Notes
