  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Sandwich

  • 8 slices sourdough or Italian bread
  • 1 lb deli turkey
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup sprouts for crunch

Preparation

  • Prepare the Chipotle Mayo: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, salt, pepper, and lime juice until smooth.

  • Layer Ingredients: On four slices, layer sharp cheddar cheese, deli turkey, tomato slices, and creamy avocado.
