Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Toss the cleaned mushrooms in the glaze until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  • Serve the mushrooms warm, garnished with chopped parsley and optional toppings.
