  • 4 cloves Garlic very finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil high-quality
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley for garnish
  • 1 loaf Bread (Crusty, like Focaccia) for dipping

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a shallow bowl, add the finely minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano. Stir to blend.
  • Grate the parmesan cheese directly into the mixture.
  • Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the garlic and cheese blend.
  • Stir everything together until evenly combined. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Top your dip with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve with warm, crusty bread like focaccia.

Notes
