How to Make Refreshing Delicious Strawberry Refresher Drink
In a medium saucepan, combine the white grape juice and sliced strawberries. Bring to a gentle boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the strawberries soften.
Remove from heat and strain using a fine mesh sieve into a heatproof bowl. Press down to extract juice.
Return the strained juice to the saucepan and stir in the acai powder, green coffee extract, and passionfruit powder.
Off heat, mix in the lemon juice. Chill in the refrigerator.
In an ice-filled shaker, combine strawberry acai base and water. Shake well and pour into a glass over ice.
Notes
Add fresh mint leaves for a herbal twist and ensure to chill the mixture well before serving.
