Instructions

Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt in a small bowl.
  • Beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each mound. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle a little sea salt on top before baking.
