Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt in a small bowl.
Beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches between each mound. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
