  • Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, dark brown sugar, black pepper, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  • Cook the Udon: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the frozen udon noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Sauté the Beef: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced ribeye and cook until halfway done.
  • Combine: Stir the prepared sauce again, then pour it over the beef along with the cooked udon noodles. Toss and heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Spinach: Gently fold in the baby spinach and cook until it wilts.
  • Final Touches: Drizzle the oyster sauce over the dish and give it one last toss. Serve hot.
