How to Make Nutty Delicious Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon until a thick batter forms.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Use a mini cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of the batter onto the sheet.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in 10-15 second increments. Stir until fully smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the shaped protein bites.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up the bites.
Once firm, transfer the bites to an airtight container.
Notes
