Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil, allowing it to heat up and shimmer before adding the pork.
Cut the pork tenderloin into bite-sized cubes for even cooking.
Cook the cubed pork in a single layer for about 4-5 minutes until golden. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add sesame oil to the skillet, followed by the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir and let it simmer until the honey dissolves.
Return the pork to the skillet, stirring well to coat in the sauce. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
Prepare the white rice as per your preference and fluff before serving.
Spoon the honey garlic pork mixture over the rice, garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
