  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Sprinkle more on top before baking.

Instructions

How to Make Garlic-Parmesan Cottage Cheese Bagels

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, minced garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
  • Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until a dough begins to form. Knead for about 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and create a hole in the center to form bagels.
  • Place the shaped bagels on the lined baking sheet, and sprinkle some additional Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
