How to Make Garlic-Parmesan Cottage Cheese Bagels
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, olive oil, minced garlic, and Parmesan until smooth.
Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until a dough begins to form. Knead for about 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and create a hole in the center to form bagels.
Place the shaped bagels on the lined baking sheet, and sprinkle some additional Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Try them with cream cheese or avocado for a delicious twist! Store in an airtight container.
