Preparation
Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth, then set aside.
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
Whisk large eggs and cook in a skillet with butter and crushed red pepper over medium heat until just set.
Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the scrambled eggs and pour the sauce over. Toss together until evenly coated.
Remove from heat and top with fresh cilantro and chopped green onions.
Serve immediately to enjoy the best texture and flavor.
