How to Make Indulgent Rich Double Chocolate Banana Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar together for about 2 minutes until well combined. Then, add in the egg, chocolate extract, and mashed bananas, mixing until smooth for approximately 30 seconds.
Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently mix until just combined.
Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips to ensure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
