How to Make Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
Whisk together cottage cheese and eggs in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
Stir in most of the mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with turkey pepperoni.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the top is golden and bubbly.
Allow to sit for a few minutes before slicing.
