Instructions

How to Make Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Whisk together cottage cheese and eggs in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  • Stir in most of the mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with turkey pepperoni.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Allow to sit for a few minutes before slicing.
