How to Make Delicious Easy Homemade Powdered Sugar Donuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground nutmeg. Whisk until well mixed and set aside.
In another bowl, beat together granulated sugar, large eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter until creamy.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
Lightly spray your donut pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Fill a gallon-size zip-top bag with the batter. Snip one corner and pipe the batter into the donut pans, filling them halfway.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Transfer warm donuts to a bag containing powdered sugar and shake until fully coated.
