Ingredients

For the Wraps

  • 250 g Halloumi try low-fat varieties for a lighter option
  • 2 large White Wraps consider whole grain for added fiber

For the Tzatziki

  • 200 g Greek Yogurt provides creaminess and tang
  • 1 medium Cucumber grated or sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice to balance the richness

For the Filling

  • 1 cup Baby Gem Lettuce ideal for wrapping
  • 1 medium Carrot grated or sliced
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce the star of the show
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes optional

For Cooking

  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil for frying
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp Coriander fresh, chopped

Instructions

Main Instructions

  • Marinate Halloumi: Slice halloumi and coat with sweet chili sauce and red chili flakes. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Fry Halloumi: Heat oil in a pan and fry halloumi for 2 minutes per side, adding garlic halfway through.
  • Prepare Tzatziki: Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, lime juice, and salt in a bowl and mix.
  • Assemble Wraps: Spread tzatziki on the wrap and layer with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, and halloumi.
  • Garnish and Serve: Drizzle with sweet chili sauce, sprinkle with coriander, fold the wrap, and serve.

Notes

Marinate halloumi for at least 15 minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
