Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the Oven to 325°F (160°C) to prepare for nut roasting.
Roast the Nuts for 5-8 minutes until lightly browned and aromatic.
Prepare the Pan by lining an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix the Nut Mixture in a large bowl combining roasted nuts and puffed rice.
Add Syrup Mixture by heating brown rice syrup with vanilla extract and sea salt, then combine with the nut mixture.
Form the Bars by pressing the mixture firmly into the prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Melt the Chocolate by combining dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
Dip and Drizzle each cooled bar into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with flaky salt and refrigerate until set.
Notes
Allow bars to cool completely before cutting for cleaner edges. Customize with different nuts or fruit as desired.
