Ingredients

For the Nut Mixture

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the Oven to 325°F (160°C) to prepare for nut roasting.
  • Roast the Nuts for 5-8 minutes until lightly browned and aromatic.
  • Prepare the Pan by lining an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix the Nut Mixture in a large bowl combining roasted nuts and puffed rice.
  • Add Syrup Mixture by heating brown rice syrup with vanilla extract and sea salt, then combine with the nut mixture.
  • Form the Bars by pressing the mixture firmly into the prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Melt the Chocolate by combining dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Dip and Drizzle each cooled bar into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with flaky salt and refrigerate until set.

Notes
