Instructions
How to Make Irresistible Delicious Pumpkin Spice Donuts
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, olive oil, melted butter, vanilla extract, eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold this mix into the wet ingredients.
Transfer the donut batter into a piping bag or zip-top bag. Fill each donut pan cavity about 2/3 full.
Bake the donuts for around 25 minutes or until they spring back when touched. Let them cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
Brush warm donuts with melted butter and dip in a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Notes
Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon sugar if desired.
