Filling

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Form a ring on the baking sheet.
Optionally, trim the rind from the Brie cheese and cut it into ½-inch cubes.
Spoon cranberry sauce into the center of the dough ring and add Brie cubes and pecans on top.
Tuck the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling towards the center.
Brush the dough with the beaten egg and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving, optionally garnished with fresh rosemary.
