How to Make Delicious Creamy Pumpkin Cold Foam
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk these together until fully mixed and slightly thickened, around 2-3 minutes.
Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the mixture. Whisk until everything is silky smooth and well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the blended mixture for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
Brew 8 ounces of cold brew coffee. Allow to chill over ice.
Using a blender or electric mixer, pulse the chilled pumpkin mixture for about 1-2 minutes until it transforms into fluffy foam.
Pour the cold brew coffee into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with pumpkin cold foam and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice.
Notes
Optional: Drizzle with caramel sauce for added sweetness. Store leftover foam in an airtight container for up to three days.
