  • In your greased baking dish, mix the cooked rice, the beef-onion-garlic mixture, half of the shredded cheese, and the creamy sauce. Stir well until coated.
  • Spread the remaining cheese on top of the casserole. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
