Instructions

How to Make

  • In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef along with the diced onion and minced garlic until the beef is no longer pink and the onions become translucent, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste—about 6-8 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and heavy whipping cream, stirring well. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, letting the flavors meld for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add bowtie pasta to the skillet, cover it, and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta absorbs most of the liquid and reaches an al dente texture.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese once the pasta is cooked, allowing it to melt smoothly into the creamy sauce.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra cheese before serving warm.

Notes

Optional: Add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
