Instructions
Cooking Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, but do not brown.
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, and drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine.
Lower the heat and gradually mix in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it forms a smooth sauce.
If the sauce is too thick, stir in a splash of pasta water or broth until you reach desired consistency.
Toss the cooked bowtie pasta into the skillet, ensuring each piece is coated in the sauce. Heat through.
Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Optional crushed red pepper flakes can be added for a spicy kick.
