Directions
In a container, combine torn Romaine lettuce, cubed chicken, croutons, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Shake gently to mix everything evenly.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
Take one warmed tortilla and place half of the salad mixture in the center. Spread it out slightly.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it away from you, tightening as you go.
Using a sharp knife, cut the wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
