Salad Mix

  • 4 cups torn Romaine lettuce provides crunch and freshness
  • 1 cup cubed chicken breast grilled or rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup croutons consider using flavored croutons
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese always choose fresh for best results
  • 0.5 cup reduced-fat Caesar salad dressing swap for your favorite dressing

Tortilla

  • 2 pieces 10-inch flour tortillas warm briefly before use

  • In a container, combine torn Romaine lettuce, cubed chicken, croutons, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Shake gently to mix everything evenly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
  • Take one warmed tortilla and place half of the salad mixture in the center. Spread it out slightly.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it away from you, tightening as you go.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy the wrap and pair it with a crisp pickle or fresh fruit!

Notes
