  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce Freshly torn leaves
  • 1 cup Cubed Chicken Breast Cooked (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 1 cup Croutons Try flavored varieties
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Reduced-Fat Caesar Salad Dressing

For the Wrap

  • 2 pieces Flour Tortillas Soft, 10-inch tortillas

Instructions

How to Make

  • In a large container, combine torn Romaine lettuce, cubed chicken, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar salad dressing. Seal the container and shake it gently until everything is well mixed and coated.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on both sides until they become pliable.
  • Take one warm tortilla and place half of the salad mixture right in the center.
  • Tuck the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it away from you to form a burrito-style wrap.
  • Cut the wrap in half diagonally using a sharp knife. Garnish with extra Parmesan or freshly ground pepper if desired.
  • Savor the delicious combination of creamy and crunchy flavors.
