  • 4 slices Bacon fully cooked for convenience
  • 2 tbsp Butter spread generously on bread

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, chopped jalapeños, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Lay two slices of sturdy bread on a flat surface. Layer one slice with cheddar cheese, spread the jalapeño filling edge-to-edge, and add halved bacon slices topped with another slice of cheddar. Cover with the second slice of bread.
  • Warm a skillet over medium heat.
  • Generously spread butter on the outer sides of each assembled sandwich.
  • Place the sandwiches in the heated skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Once perfectly grilled, cut the sandwiches in half and serve.

Notes
