How to Make Delicious Classic Vanilla Bundt Cake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your bundt pan with oil and dust it with granulated sugar.
In a mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, oil, and melted butter until pale and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
Add in the eggs and vanilla bean paste, whisking for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Gradually mix in the buttermilk followed by the dry ingredients in thirds until fully combined.
Pour the batter into your prepared bundt pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
