Instructions
Making the Cake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine granulated sugar and orange zest. Stir in orange juice, olive oil, and milk until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, olive oil, and sugar. Gradually add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until smooth.
Alternately add scoops of the orange and chocolate batters into the prepared loaf pan, using a spatula.
Gently swirl the batters together to create marbled patterns.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
For the ganache, heat milk and chopped chocolate in a bowl until warm, then stir until smooth.
Drizzle ganache over the cooled cake, slice, and serve.
