  • Gradually add the baby spinach to the skillet. Stir and cook until just wilted, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the freshly grated Parmesan. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for approximately 3 minutes, allowing it to thicken beautifully.
  • Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spooning the delicious sauce over the top. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes to meld the flavors perfectly.
