  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth or vegetable broth for vegetarian
  • 1 cup Milk adjust for thickness

For the Pasta

  • 8 ounces Fettuccine, uncooked can substitute with other pasta shapes
  • to taste Kosher Salt
  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan avoid pre-grated

For the Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt your unsalted butter.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and milk, then season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the uncooked fettuccine, making sure it's fully immersed in the broth mixture.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, mix in the freshly grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  • Plate your pasta and garnish with the chopped fresh parsley.
