Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

Garlic Butter

  • 1 stick Salted Grass-Fed Butter Substitute with unsalted butter for milder flavor.
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese Can be swapped with goat cheese or cheddar.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced; use garlic powder if fresh unavailable.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped; omit or use other herbs if desired.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Reduce or skip for a milder dish.

Steaks

  • 2 pieces Ribeye Steaks (7 oz each, 1.5” thick) Can substitute with sirloin or filet mignon.
  • 1 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt Use kosher salt if necessary.
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic Regular garlic can be used instead.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground offers the best flavor.
  • 1 spray Avocado Oil Spray Can substitute with olive oil spray.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Prepare the Blue Cheese Garlic Butter: In a mixing bowl, blend softened salted grass-fed butter, crumbled blue cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a dash of cayenne. Shape the mixture into a log and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Turn on your air fryer, setting it to 400°F (200°C). This step is crucial for achieving an even, delightful sear on your steaks.
  • Season the Steaks: Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Generously season them on all sides with fine sea salt, fresh black pepper, and granulated garlic for the best flavor experience.
  • Prepare for Air Frying: Give your seasoned steaks a good spray of avocado oil, ensuring each side is well coated.
  • Air Fry Steaks: Place the steaks in the basket of the air fryer, ensuring they don’t overlap. Cook for 11 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve: Once cooked, let the steaks rest for 5 minutes. Top with blue cheese garlic butter and serve.

Notes

Optional: Drizzle extra garlic butter over the steaks just before serving for an extra flavor boost.
