Instructions
Making the Bake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk until smooth.
Stir in the rolled oats, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Fold in the diced apples and chopped walnuts.
Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and top with remaining apples and walnuts.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until puffed and set, then cool for 10 minutes before serving.
