  • 1/2 cup Milk low-fat or almond milk are alternatives

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or fresh onion

For the Cheesiness

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese mix cheddar with Monterey Jack

For the Topping

  • 1 package Frozen Tater Tots or homemade potato cubes

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain the excess fat from the beef.
  • Combine the cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer the beef mixture in a greased baking dish, followed by a layer of drained corn and shredded cheese.
  • Arrange frozen tater tots evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving.
