Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Slice the Persian cucumbers into rounds and chop the mini sweet peppers into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and sweet peppers.
  • Pour the miso ginger dressing over the vegetables and gently toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning on top and drizzle with chili crunch, mixing gently.
