Instructions
How to Make Deliciously Easy Creamy Corn Dip
Drain the canned corn thoroughly to remove all liquid.
Finely chop the green onions.
Grate the pepper jack cheese if it isn’t pre-shredded.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped green onions, and shredded cheese. Stir until blended.
Taste and adjust seasoning with spices as preferred.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
