Instructions

How to Make Easy Cappuccino Muffins

  • Blend the cream cheese, sugar, instant coffee, and vanilla until smooth. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  • Dissolve the instant coffee granules into the milk, then mix in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients, and gently stir until just moistened. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill the muffin cups two-thirds full with batter.
