Preparation Steps

  • Coat Chicken: Mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss chicken in the mixture until fully coated.
  • Fry Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Cook chicken pieces for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let drain on paper towels.
  • Prepare Sauce: Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and adjust spice level.
  • Assemble Bowls: Place jasmine rice in bowls and top with crispy chicken, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
  • Garnish & Serve: Drizzle spicy mayo sauce over each bowl, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
